There will be a painting hour to music that is healing and uplifting. Feel free to stand and move your body. Dance away fear, grief, sadness and stagnant energy. Refreshments that add to your health, wellness and energy will be free. Giveaways from the artist. A photo booth 360, open mic /spoken word/poetry and singing will be included. This event was put together in mind to help lift heart, relieve stress and connect community.

Come have a selfcare kind of day with us. This event is for older teens and adults only. Please leave children at home.
