Coaching Project for a Better World -Two Tracks   Coaches and candidates learn what it takes to be an effective leader and/or how to manage and monetize their social justice artmaking career.  Every candidate will work on a project from conception to implementation with their coach.

This is a symbiotic project. The two person team will learn from each other.

ACW is very committed to inclusivity. All ACW members have been invited to share perspectives to help design the Coaching Project. Understanding that no one person can speak for an entire group, see the following members of the Coaching Project Design Team and the experience/perspective they bring.

ACW offers two tracks. 1. Project Coaching.  2.  Leadership Coaching.

ACW coaches are selected by application and receive training.
The coaching program is a six month commitment.

Coach/candidate teams meet once a month for one-on-one coaching for a minimum of two hours.
Coaches attend a once a month coaching seminar with other coaches.

Candidates attend a once a month seminar with other candidates.
