•  1/13/2025 – CommonBond to organize an on site “meet and greet” – possibly in two parts 1) with residents and 2) with local artists

• 1/22/2025– CommonBond to deliver resident front end engagement direction to ACW, so they can give this direction to artists
• 6/1/2025 – ACW to deliver art options to CommonBond
• Date TBD – CommonBond to organize resident engagement event to weigh in on artwork selection
• 8/1/2025 – Art selections made by CBC – give ACW ample time to organize install on their end
• 9/1/2025 – Art Installed and invoiced
• Date TBD – CommonBond to organize “art crawl” to showcase ACW artwork installed
