Timeline Inclusive
• June 3rd: CBC delivers info to ACW about what kind of artwork we are looking for, where in the
buildings, and our budget
• August 7th: ACW delivers artwork options to CBC (in website format and some kind of printed
form)
• Mid/End of August: CBC executes another engagement effort with residents, details TBD
• Early/Mid September: CBC communicates which pieces of artwork we will purchase and where
we want the works to go
• October 1st: Approximate install date for artwork in both existing and new buildings
• November 1st: All artwork is purchased, installed, and all invoices are paid
